Re: Project XXX AWD WHP Or Bust!

Here are a few more pictures of the Plasti dipped body pieces. Im thinking about replacing the fenders and dipping them black as well. Initially i was against the idea simply because the whole front end would be black...However my fenders are in dire need to be replaced. If i can somehow manage to cover over the damage and get it to look alright ill keep the colored fenders else ...it will be new replaced front fenders as I source them!

Before Pictures:

After or in Progress:

The hood could use another coat or perhaps two? It started getting to cold for even plasti dip. It sprayed alright in 40 degree weather. All i did was heat up the cans in some hot water prior.

As you can see the wheels also have a fresh paint of plasti dip on them. However to im sure a lot of peoples dismay. Ill be trying the Blaze yellow plasti dip just because i have always loved bright colored wheels. Its rare that you see odd colors on a DSM since most people are very performance orientated and think its stupid. However i think i can say with the current mods i have, I can afford to have a little bit of visual fun with the car. The people that will point and laugh well let them point and laugh i think theyll look sick either way !
