Got the strips on the car. Big thanks to tonyseagle for making a template for me.
got the holes marked,drilled, and painted the bare metal.
Installed
now the not so happy. I did not even think about it the front diffuser is for a eclipse 2gb bumper and not a talon 2gb bumper. So the holes are in the wrong spots. With it lined up with the holes it does not stick out the 2in that it should. I moved it out the 2in so it is right and I like the way it looks.

3.5in to short to the back of the bumper
So it looks like I will be selling it now
