I've always done 100 ft/lbs, especially on steelies.

I've usually done 100ft/lbs too, by that I mean I just get them really tight and if I feel anal I break out a tq wrench.

Same. On regular alloy rims, 80 is the min I tighten lugs to. Steelies I always torque to 100ft/lbs.
