Yeah, I've heard a few guys are running the 6262 in a bolt-on and getting similar results, apparently PTE has a redesigned mitsu housing.

Everything i find that spools early takes a pretty bad nose dive.

I know, I was just being facetious. Sorry you didn't get my humor. Maybe you should be a little more specific than "power doesn't really matter" for your goals.
