I did the Rustoleum epoxy floor coating from menards with teh clear coat. I've had it for about 3-4 yrs and apart from dragging transmissions/motors/metal heavy objects on the ground it has held up amazingly, no peeling or flaking or anything bad.

Good price and I used an 18" wide roller so it only took 45 mins to do the job.
