Fuct up traffic stop: guns don't kill people, people kill people

They show this video and others like it for police training. I remember something along the lines of that officer's superiors talking to him about using less force or he would have been written up or something. That probably contributed to him not using force earliar on in that situation.

The second I had seen a rifle I would have unloaded the entire pistol, don't pass 'go'. I can understand the position that he was in but the guy was clearly coo-coo and then picks up a weapon...
