They do what they want because they earned it, if they want to do things that they will get fined for. Whatever. Damn near everyone on here has a loud exhaust or has speed sometime in their life.
I don't think fines should be summed together with income at all. What about unemployed people who make $0 a month? maybe they would speed around and do whatever they wanted because their ticket would cost them pocket change. And besides all of that, it seems like a strong case of profiling. I'm sure a lot more cops would go after more expensive looking vehicles because then they could hand out more expensive tickets. That system would be flawed as balls.
