Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
It's kinda pricey for an event were half the people would take a shit on our cars. Fun tho, I might do it this year as my dad always has his jeep there.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
I've never really been a big fan of Car Craft. I could think of many other ways I'd like to spend my money and time.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
Only half half, that is funny. I had gone for the first time last year, and I still work at a domestic shop so I will be going again. My car will stay at home though.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
I'll probably be there working the autocross or the launchbox again at least one or more of the days.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
I entered my X in it last year. I was next to all my dad's cars. Honestly I had quite a few people looking at my car. I think they are becoming more open at events like this. It helps if you put a dyno sheet on it that shows big power
I was planning to enter mine again, but given the recent events it can't happen.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
haha I put my car in last year for shits and giggles. It's cheaper to go that route if you want to go more than one day.
I doubt I'll put it in this year as usually one day is enough, but it was kinda fun.

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
I might go, there was some good deals last year at the swap meet portion. I wouldn't be bringing my car though.

I did yes, but I guess I wasn't implying I made big power. I was stating if you are concerned about red necks giving you shit, a dyno sheet showing them you are making a lot of power were quickly shut them up...

Re: Car Craft Summer Nationals
There's just as many shitbox ricey domestics as there are multi-colored winged imports, so I wouldn't worry too much about being out of place for anyone. A welld-one understated import with dyno sheets is sure to impress though.
