While i do not agree with the document in the respect of Transfer of Technology, as some Developing countries are not ready to handle such technologies. I really dont think obama would sign something like that. and that congress and the senate would give him the power to sign a treaty like that.

Do you seriously think that Obama will not sign something like that? Did he not say throughout his whole campign that he wanted to "share the wealth". What makes you thinkt hat he will NOT sign this if it is not brought to him? Not to mention, he has the whole goverment backing him because the democrats have majority vote. Whatever he says, goes because of uneducated people who voted for him. Now you look at the founders of this country and what they wanted the 3 branches of goverment for is totally out the door. There is no "checks and balances" anymore within the american goverment. All of his bills pass through the legislative branch faster than anyone can actually READ what they are agreeing to. This completely sounds like something Obama would sign and will preach the "peace" and "share the wealth" garbage again and his minions will follow. He is destroying the country. We have tough times ahead of us.

This is exactly what we fought in WWII. I suggest read it and let us know what it is trying to say. In the meantime, im going to believe the english dude considering what he says sounds like it could be 100% right. That sounds identical to something Obama would do.

+1 I agree with everything you said, From what i have seen of Obama he would sign anything that you put in front of him, All he has done is talk big and talk about "change" he never said what this change would be I guess now everyone knows. Before you know it the government is going to own your life, its really sad some people need to wake up.

the Convention in a transparent, expedited, direct access, sustainable and predictable manner under the

overall guidance of the COP through

Option 1

a dedicated multilateral fund for capacity-building as referred to in paragraph 175, option 6.

a new financial mechanism to support mitigation, adaptation, technology transfer and capacity-building

action as referred to in paragraph 166 and paragraph 174, option 1.

Provision of capacity-building support to developing country Parties, along with delivery of financial
