I have no squirters or BS. My stock gauge read normal. When I installed the aftermarket gauge I was getting 120psi by 6500. I ported the relief valve as much has I could. I now sit at about 15-20 at idle and 80 at 7500.
Point is stock gauges are more of a guide line and are not accurate for reading to much pressure.

Some people forget porting and just cut a little off the spring.
