Why take the chance with a turned crank when you can get a perfect stock spec one and know it is good. If the regrind is off just ever so slightly then that was a big waste of money and time. Halon go for a stock spec, NON-ground crank. He has the time to find one since it is not anywhere near winter yet and that is when he wanted to do the 2.3 by what I understood.
