I don't really think you have to worry too much about it, after all, it's only been 3,000 miles like you said. I don't see there being any problem, 3k isn't exactly enough time to start wearing too much on components like a clutch that can see upwards of 50-60k or so. I think you're alright.

Usually you need your shit resurfaced if it's been used for a very long time (like a stock replacement @ 100k or something). Did you do any strip time on it or anything? But even then I'd still say you're ok.
