I know what you saying..I just don't think its about being whiny..its about standing up and showing what bad service will get you...less customers..I for one don't wanna spend my money at a place where I always get bad or mediocre service, we have been going there for long enough for them to know what day and time we are there to be prepared. but that just my opinion and I understand yours.
not to mention there food is not the greatest. In the end I will go where ever we decided because all in all its abut the company and the good times!
