Yeah definitely check your sway bar endlinks or the sway bushings. Just last weekend I was getting suspension creaks here and there. Pulled off my passenger side wheel and grabbed sway bar and gave it a tug up and down and I had some really nice play in the endlinks. Replaced and no more noises here
Another thing to try is go in a parking lot away from other cars and turn the steering wheel all the way to right and left while going slowly. See if you get any clicking. If you do look into getting some new axles.
