Stock fans? Aftermarket home wired in slim fans?
I'd try replacing the temp sensor/switch located on the bottom of the radiator for starters.

I can't help much, but I can give you some starters, check the relays and fuses maybe? Have you done work to the car recently? Connections?

I didnt mess with the wiring of the car, I just did a front mount kit about 2 weeks ago. And installed a new radiator, with the stock fans remounted on there.
