Re: These mitsus suck you in...

Thanks all.

No, it's not a VR4. If it was it would be quite a bit more money.

From what I read, don't get the 3000gt - harder to work on and it's the VR4.
What is the main reasons the Tsi wins over the 3000gt? Reliability? Performance?

I haven't been inside a 3000gt or a Tsi so I'll have to see if they fit me too.
I would have to say that I like the look of the 3000gt much more. So I still have that dilemma. LOL!

Whatever car I get, it will be my grocery getter. And the 3000gt looks like it will carry my bike rack better due to the config of the back.

The inside of a 3000gt and the TSi is almost exactly the same, space wise.. My friend owns a 3kgt and I own the TSi.

Re: These mitsus suck you in...

I know. I know. LOL!

I really should be buying like a Toyota Pickup or something.

I guess I'm trying to see if I can hit 2 birds with one stone - buy a car that can be my DD/winter car and be able to tinker with it also plus use it as an occasional bike carrier (weekends).

I'm actually looking at bike racks that will fit hatchies... like a Tsi. LOL! I'm heading out now to look at a Celica too.

What a problem. :-) Women and cars... have a hard time picking just one.

Thanks guys.

Oh and yeah... my brother said get a VR4 instead.

I would get a GT-R if I could but I guess budget doesn't allow for that either.

Heading out to Eagan right now to check out a car.

Later.
