Re: cop going to far
Cops seem to get carried away with those things. They are supposed to be used in situations where there is a signiffigant physical danger to someone, but lethal force is not required. IE: Someone swinging on everybody who comes near them. Unfortunately police seem to use them as compliance tools. Way overstepping their bounds.
