As you can see from the cell phone picture (sorry for the blurryness) the timing/balance belt separator is indeed installed properly, please note the black crap that has built up over the years is only worn out where the timing belt has kept it polished clean.

And yes, even though it is not shown in this picture, the timing is done correctly.

swapped out ECUs, put 450cc's in and re-configured the GM MAF.

it kidna burped, but then no, nothing....

I pulled the spark plugs and added oil to simulate compression. Kinda added a little much to one cylinder

125 - 125 - 200 - 175

Still nothing....

It's worth a shot to just flip the cas around and try. Also, what are you using to tune, and are the plug wires in the proper order?
