Keep in mind satisfied customers tell 1-5 people, angry customers tell everyone. so for all the bad things you hear about there are thousands of good things you dont hear about.

So what if they're glorified digital babysitters on to0nerz. Internet status is completely irrelevant when it comes to paying for something, and having a terrible experience. I have read it all about you guys, I could write a damn book. Missing parts, wrong parts, faulty parts, fake parts, etc etc etc. The lack of customer service is the best insult to injury.

But screw them right, they're just upset customers probably sick of deleting reviews from other upset customers on their forum.
