Use your heads, it's not worth it. I've been into performance cars, wether building or racing them since I could drive and I have rarely ever raced anybody on the street.
But unlike Raptor, I didn't have to start out on the Model T 
. The few times I had street raced, we were out in an isolated area on a long country road with no cross roads at 3:00 in the morning. But in a crowded city area it's just :slap:
"STUPID" :slap: . These days are hard on the street scene because of the stupidity people have in regards to other peoples safety. That's why law enforcement is cracking down on it. Take it to the track and play it safe. The few dollars it cost to get into the track are alot less than the fines, towing, impound, lawyer fees, etc. you will pay if you get caught. Hell if you are racing for money, make the looser pay the entrance fee
