clocking the housing like jet said helps a lot, but removing the water pipe and denting it with a hammer works well. that's what I had to do with my 61. The new DNP mani moves the 67 out more though, so the pipe is no longer an issue. Have you tried maybe running a DNP mitsu-flanged manifold? I hear that also takes care of the issue, flows better then the mitsu manis, but isn't quite as cost-effective.
