evo3 turbo question

I'm about to order myself a evo3 big16 turbo w/ install kit for my '99 spyder gst to replace my factory t25 and I was just wondering if anyone has order anything from extremepsi.com. I was originally gonna order the turbo from turbochargers.com but read many bad reviews on them. Any other venders you guys recommend buying from? Thanks.

Extremepsi.com, they have fast FREE shipping and they are legit unlike turbochargers.com. make sure to get the 34mm flapper and to have it ported.

Re: evo3 turbo question

They have been great the few times I ordered from extreme. Forced Performance is always a great place to go also.

Re: evo3 turbo question

Alright thanks. I'll probably be ordering it from extremepsi then. I'm not going with the 34mm flapper, just going to port the flapper myself. I'm not gonna be shooting more then 20psi.

Re: evo3 turbo question

The bigger flapper is actually to help control lower boost on pump gas. You want a small flapper for high boost levels.

Re: evo3 turbo question

I'm pretty sure turbochargers.com carries both. The bad rep is probably tied to the china turbo, not customer service. I don't have any experience with them though, just a hunch.

Turbochargers.com has had a bad rep for a good 5 years.
