Oil pressure also helps keep the motor and bearings cool, 120 should be fine aslong as filters and gaskets are not blowing out all the time. I would look into a restrictor for aftermarket Garret turbos(ie PTE turbos) if your pressure is that high though.

Here's the thread I found on Tunerz. There is a link a few posts down that has pictures of the oil filter housing before and after.
