Re: New toy

Very nice... I want a bike but truth be told, I am a bit scared of them. I was next to one on the highway once and I realized on person not paying attention could end my life. Maybe next summer or the summer after I will get one.

If that is the thought in your head than I agree you should not ride or drive fast. There is more dangerous things I have encounter on the bike. Like sand in the road, debris, critters, dam joint bumps, and my favorite pot holes. The honest truth riding a bike is not for everyone. I just love the way it handles and the rush of the throttle. I will take a bike over a car any day of the week. Matter of fact this whole summer I have only taken my car to work once the rest was on the bike. I racked up so far 5k miles on the bike.

Agreed. If you're scared of it, I think you'll be more likely to wipe out on it when your under pressure because of the "scared" thought. Thats how I see it . And the rush of the throttle is pretty addicting and I only have a 600, lol.
