Are you fucking serious? When I read the title I thought your car came from fucking Florida and it wasn't used to the cold up here.
Take the damn thing to a tire place and have them check the balance on your rims and tires. Check the lug nuts yourself to see if they are loose.
This is a joke right?

Back in the old days we would jack the car up and actually look around to find the problem.
