I've personally never smoked. My dad smoked for about 20 years. He smoked Swisher Sweets cigars. He tried quiting several times along the way but one day he just became firm about it and quit cold. Never smoked a day after that. Didn't use anything like the patch, etc.. He did suck on alot of candies and sweets. He cannot not absolutely stand being around smoke now. I never smoked but i'm the same way. I can't stand being around 2nd hand smoke thus the reason i don't go in bars. I hate smelling like a stinkin' ash tray. Your lungs will appreciate you for not smoking anymore and so will the non smokers.
