And thats assuming that everything is OK on your car, ie no bent valves, decent compression, and the driver plays a good role in 1/4 times as well.

You have to get a boost gauge to find out what your boost level is at. The factory boost gauge is just a rough guessimate of what it thinks the boost is at. I ran mid 14s with just an air filter. Although it was like 50 degrees out. You can do 15psi but you won't get the full effect until you have an exhaust.
