Alison LaCroix and I had our Baby last weekend

I was at my friend Ryan's Halloween part last Saturday night about 10:25pm and I check my phone on the charger and 7 missed calls and 2 voice mails.... I think OMG the time has come.

I call my wife and find out contractions are 7min apart and I should COME HOME NOW, said in a few different ways on my voice mails.

Long story short we made it to the Maple Grove Hospital and checked in just before midnight Saturday.

I know my wife has a high tolerance for pain, and She was hurting by the time we had a room and waiting for a RN to check on Her.

So the contractions were 5-6 min apart at this point and the nurse was like it could be pre term labor and we might send you home with a morphine shot.... We were at 38 weeks 4 days, full term is 37weeks.

Almost un-heard of FIRST time mom checked in and delivered a 5lb 15oz baby girl at 7:36am Sunday, a mere 9 1/2 hours after check in and only 1 hour of pushing.

My wife is amazing and all I can do is say I was there for Her, She had a great epidural, and I was able to hold Her hand for the hole time.

I have tons of pics and some video, we are almost 1 week into it and are stating to figure things out.
