I Need Help With Neons

ok you guys - i am soooooooooooooooo desperte now- i had this huge mess because of the boy who installed my underbody kit- all the wires caought on fire, my car almost exploded, i almost died ... well, i am getting too dramatic, but just want to emphasisze and stress out the importance of my claims
well - i need that mess fixed
i believe it only needs rewiring and a on/off switch, but i have no place, time, tools and hey ... skills to do that. anyone would be willing to help???????
