1g interior wiring question

i am building my 1g weekend warrior. i have seats and harnesses. i also did a abs delete and want to get rid of all the wiring for it. i realized there is some wiring for the seat belts and door buzzers in it. so my question is can i just unclip the harness from by the blower motor and will the car think my passenger door is open? and could i get rid of all the wiring in my car?
