There are no stations in Rogers with E85. One in Elk River and a couple in Plymouth:

And its waaaay to early to be looking at the weather. They barely have a clue what the weather is going to be like in two days. The entire All Mitsu Weekend is a rain or shine event. So bite down and take it.
