Since you have a clean record I don't think they'll give you any hassle about it. But, do you have any old pics of your car before the tint? Or, just find a picture of a blue 4G online
I've done both of these tricks before.
There should be a website and/or phone # on the ticket, it sometimes will take up to a week for the citation to get into their system though so be patient.
