If you do buy a GST/GSX it would be nice to find one that already has the 6bolt 4g63 swap in it, as long as its installed correctly. because if you buy one with a 7bolt 4g63 in it, and you start modding, your gonna get some serious crank walk. and If you decide to buy one that is non turboed, make sure you buy a spare head gasket.... lol. good luck finding/buying a DSM, i hope it all works out for you!
