I have a 16g tdo5h turbo at home here, small as i belive, PN on the turbo is

49178-01420

I've been in the process of rebuilding the turbo and wonder if you can get any parts for it? The only one i'm looking for, part of a kit or not, is the center bearing Cir clips on both sides. If i'm not mistaken it should be the same as a 14b? Let me know what you've got, thx.
