It's pretty convenient that you've been able to get ahold of this guy extremely easily more than once now, but he can't take the time to deal with this situation. I guess he really is busy, huh...
Hate airing out dirty laundry too, but neither my brother or my very close friend have had good experiences w/ jhaan douche either. Neither of them ended up doing business with him because of a mix of bs you give me now I'll pay later/really bad attitude on stuff that costs well under 1k. Just thought ya'll would like to know
