I say ALC parking lot behind Wendys on University Ave & Dale St. It's really died back there since all the ricers meet up at foodsmart and cops are all up watching that side so which means we can hang out in peace behind Wendys.

You guys better not be revving or making your bov go off or else cops will be paying us a visit.
