Alarm problem?

Okay so this morning my alarm.. when i unlocked my door, i could BARELY even hear the sound... and when i set it off i couldnt even hardly hear it... and i dunno whats wrong...

Either the siren is bad, or you have a really weak ground for the alarm or siren.

If mounted improperly, the sirens can fill up with moisture too, which reduces the sound output
