I can see my house!!! Google maps

Go to http://maps.google.com and type in your zip in the search. On the road maps find your street or anything that you want to look at and then in the upper right corner hit Satallite then zoom all the way in and you should be able to see your house. Its fucking rad!!! I could sit there and look at that for hours, airports are pretty cool to look at.

Yep, I ran across that the other day on a CNN news story. It sounds like a number of people are getting pissy about it because they are saying it is an invasion of privacy.

Invasion of privacy?? that make no sence, its not like its live. Some people really need to chill out on the privacy shit. What would be really cool is if you could get good pictures of baghdad or something like that but i suppose that would be very bad for intellegence reasons.

That sucks, I can't even see my house and I live in frickin Minneapolis! You'd think they would have the government spying on people in a big city.

Most of the satellite images that you find on the internet like this are from early to mid 1990s. I looked at my hometown and there are a LOT of things that have changed since those pictures were taken.

the maple grove area maps seem pretty damn recent. No way were those from the 90's

Yea the one that google uses is atleast within the past 2 years because the contruction by my house is done and that is pretty new. All others Ive seen where from around 1996 or so.

That is probably the best one Ive seen because you can move all around.

If you look at hwy94 you can tell its still under heavy construcion, (there 1/2 way done with the bridge over brooklyn blvd) and our old roof was brown, we put a new one on about 2-3 years ago. Pretty cool though.

wow! thats awesome! but the only problem is that you cant zoom in close enough to see a nude (girl) person!!! Or is there another way of zooming in, because when i zoom in the max, i can see my house, but like 300 other houses. I want to zoom in so can only see my neighborhood and see the chick across the street in the nude. hahahahah!

No you cant zoom past a certain point.. Looking for nude people isnt worth it... all you would see is there head unless they are sun taning or something haha.
