Machine shop that would custom machine a part?

Are there any local machine shops that are willing to do small batches of custom parts for a reasonable price? It would basically just consist of lathe work - turning a piece of steel cylinder, drilling some holes and tapping. I could give them a CAD model.

I've never done this before, looking for advice. I assume this wouldn't be an automotive machine shop - more like a production shop.

I use these guys daily for work:

I've asked them the same, and they are open to any/all kind of work regardless of quantities. However, I'm sure you understand that the lower the quantity, the higher the pricing(for all machine shops).

Ask for Buck, and tell him Momin referred you.
