4th DSM - '95 Talon TSi AWD

So after a year and a half after my last DSM i couldn't take it anymore and bought myself a 95 TSi. I picked it up in Bloomington with 86k on the ticker back in August and have only put about 500 miles on it since. The car was, for the most part, unmolested which was a major turn on for me.
Mods when i got it:
3" catback (unknown brand)
Apex'i downpipe
auto meter boost gauge
cross drilled and slotted rotors
enkei wheels
eibach pro kit
gab sports strut tower bars f&r

The car needed some major TLC when i picked it up:
needed an outside passenger door handle, New interior plastics because they were painted black and looked like crap, Carpet and seats needed to be shampooed. The car has RS seats in it which confuses the hell out of me. new sun visors and headliner that had burn holes in them even tho the car was never smoked in.....hmmmm. A handful of wires in the engine bay and behind the center counsel needed to be ripped out. Some stuff needed to be rewired because it was afro-engineered. The oil NEEDED to be changed, the downpipe was missing a bolt?, and the alignment was way out of whack. -1.32* total of rear toe and .32 total of front toe to be exact. So that's where the majority of my time has gone and now that i have it pieced back together and looking good again it's time to build.

I decided to go with an HX40 (actually and H1E but it has the 8 blade 58mm inducer compressor wheel), 1600cc injectors, V3, E-85 on speed density running around 25 psi for now being that i'll be running on a stock 7 bolt bottom end right away in the spring. After a full build and tranny work i'll be over 30psi. No real power/timeslip goals yet, just gonna go with the flow and see where time and money takes me. I'll be happy once i pass the 500whp mark. Here's some pics and thanks for looking guys!
Ryan

Nice to see you started a project thread Ryan. Your car is still cleaner than mine on the outside

Nice pick up! It's becoming harder and harder to find a reasonably clean 2G Talon.

I hear ya there. When i was looking, unless i wanted to drive 250 miles, i only found 2 decent ones. This one and one out in Sioux Falls, SD that had a thrashed timing belt. So i woulda had to trialer it home.
