Evo Seats.

Well im starting to finish putting together my road race 2g, and Im gonna try to pick up some seats eventually. I dont think im ready to put a fixed back seat in the car yet cause it will see lots of street time for now. I fugured id pick up some evo seats and just run those while i do HPDEs so im not sliding around im my stock leather seats. Do the evo seats hold you in pretty snug and stop you from sliding around or no. Id rather not spend a ton of money on a expensive non fixed back seat since they arent FIA approved, and i dont want to swap them out for FIA approved ones down the road if I have to. atleast with the Evo Seats i can get them somewhat cheap.

Re: Evo Seats.

The Evo seats are great for performance driving as long as they're not the leather ones. Put in a good 4 point harness and you'll be set.

Re: Evo Seats.

The Evo Recaros are the best stock seat that I've ever sat in. They are snug if you're a bigger guy.

Re: Evo Seats.

I have set of Corbeau CR1's if you're interested. They come with brackets for a 1g, while I don't think they will bolt in, I'm sure they could be modified to work. Or you could buy the brackets for a 2g for ~$100 a peice. They are suede, comfortable, they recline, and only have about 5-6k miles on them. I'm asking $700 for the pair with brackets or $600 without. (they are $455 per seat new without brackets) I know Evo seats get a pretty penny, so this may be a cheaper route.
