Cruise for Cancer - August 7th 2010

I wanted to post this up on here as well.

Recently a MN Mazda member posted about the inability to make it up to help another member move. He had a valid reason, and while he didn't have to post about it and share, we are glad he did. He was given 6 months of happy life left, and then a year more after that. So while he will try to prove the doctors wrong, the Mazda group is putting together a Cruise for him this year, and it's grown into something that should allow everyone who supports fighting cancer an outlet to enjoy.

Th official thread will be here: http://www.mnmazda.com/forum/showthr...ugust-7th-2010

The Planning thread which tells the story of what happened is here: http://www.mnmazda.com/forum/showthr...ise-for-Cancer

I know there are a few items being planned and one thing we are bringing over from the Mistu Dyno Days we started way back when is the Pull Offs. That little event seems to have grown a lot since it was first started and should be another fun one to bring over. If you have contacts, ideas, or anything else you'd like to share feel free to sign up over there (many may need to register again as we cleaned up the forums and did a big overall this year), post on the MNSC thread if you are over there, or simply chime in here.

Enjoy the summer everyone!

More details to come!

Damn, that's sad stuff to hear about. Sounds like something I'd like to be a part of though. My fingers are crossed my work schedule permits it.
