My account has been hacked before, and just recently I had to shut down my debit card because of paypal charges that I didn't authorize. They shouldn't even have that card number. Not sure if its paypal themselves or just someone stole my card #. Either way, repeated attempts to shut down the account or remove my bank account info have failed.
