Ok so I was out last weekend with my dad on our seadoos because it was one of the first weekends that the air was warm enough to ride (air not water) well we were out and the water was freezing. We were sitting close to our wall looking at it looking for cracks that we needed to repair and some asshole came flying by on a honda seadoo that has a turbo on it (it is actually a great boat) he was turning at full speed and was at the limit which is ok but the thing was he came flying by within 10-20 feet of my trying to spray me at 50mph. (just breaking the unwritten rules of the lake) then he tried to show off doing some stuff that i can to just as well and better on our spx becuase it is lighter. Anyway he comes back around (we think to say that he was sorry) but he comes over and yells "man sell it and buy a honda" I say I can do just as much and more on this (spx) he asked if I wanted to run them. Well I said no because he sounded drunk and I would only be faster on smooth water.
The asshole floors the thing truing to spray my dad and hits the back of his seadoo cause about 1 grand in damge (and soaking my dad nearly knocking him off) . the asshole just takes off and yells turbo on his way by me. I try to catch up but since he got such a head start before I realised what was happining and started up he was too far.
well we pulled our seadoos out of the water and there sat a cop (not a real one but one on the water in a boat) before we could finish decribeing the guys boat the cop reconised him!
we are waiting to hear back from the cop and this just goes to show that ricers are everywhere and sometimes do drive fast things.
everyone is fine but the asshole was just being mean then hit my dad and took off. good thing we have insureance!
