Idle Problem
I bought a 95 TSI on sunday..
first COLD day starting it and now its revving up and down between 1500-2000
any idea what it is

Check the isc motor on the throttle body to make sure its functioning properly.

I wouldn't sweat it. Mine has always done that on REALLY cold days. A little driving and getting things warmed up should take care of it. I'd check to make sure your coolant isn't frozen though.
