Just tell them to shove it lol no pun intended. Yes I know in TN where I live 6 inches would close school for possably 4 days but that is because
1) we arn't prepared for this (I. E. the snow plows are just dump trucks and the drivers only use them one or two times a year ON THE MOUINTAINS!)
2) here we get alot more slushey snow that isn't as powery so the problems is the tempature will drop and make the streets ice at night.
3) we get alot more ice like I said above and have more problems
ohh did i mention the no one knows how to drive in the stuff?
Just thought you might want to know why it can snow so little and paralise a city.... I have never seen a snowblower in my life in real person just to give you an idea.
sorry for the long post but I thought I would explain.
