:stick: I went out for a burger last night, had a couple of bites, then I bit down, and it felt like I bit a rock. It was probably a piece of bone or something, but anyway, I chipped one of my teeth in the back of my mouth. It doesn't really hurt or anything right now, but it is a little sensitive when I drink something cold. I can definitely feel it with my tounge, and I can see it in the miror. I go to the dentist on Monday, and I'm not looking forward to that. I guess medical technology is pretty good right now, and I guess they fill it up and rebuild it with some bondo type stuff, or they just cap it. Either way, I don't think it's going to be fun. Oh well, I guess feces occurs.

I chipped a tooth on a friends toilet once...

Dont even get me started on getting chipped teeth. I was playing hockey once, I went down hard, and my front right toothe went straight through my lower lip, then broke in half. And that was when I was in 5th grade. now, 5-6 years and 10-20 thousand dollars later, the whole thing has broken off and now all I have is a retainer that has a tooth on it called a ''flipper.'' And I can take it out at will. If you dont believe me, as Rickey or Miranda. Im pretty sure that both of them have seen it. I pretty much live at the Apple Valley Dentist's office. Im used to the dentist now, It doesnt bother me to go there.

yea in 6th grade before i moved to minnesota i was riding my bike at night when i hit one of those concrete pillars they lay in front of parking spots. for some reason it was in the middle of the street. Flipped my bike, snapped my front tooth in half on the handle bars of my bike and after about 5 years of wearing a TEMP tooth, i finally got it filled in... It would be cooler if it were gold tho...

I chipped a tooth a long time ago eating a candy bar. I only felt it when I took a bite and bit down on it. NASTY! I got it filled in the next week.

I got you beat. I chipped two teeth in hockey and had a retainer with two teeth on it!
Now I have two bridges that cost over $10,000. I fuckin love the dentist.
I aslo didn't get all of my permanent teeth so some of my baby teeth will need to be replaced. Right now I'm going in to get fitted for two more bridges.

Jesus... Look at what we put ourselves through... Wow. My mouth hurts just reading this post.
And I love how you guys get into these "my dad could beat up your dad" style pissing matches. Lovely reading material. Seriously, I love this site for that.

I chipped one of my teeth in the front when I was in grade school. It wasn't so bad because it was only the corner of the tooth. But now, I split one of my teeth in the rear of my mouth. Everytime I would get a small piece of food caught back there, it would pull the two pieces apart and hurt like a son of a bitch for about a week or so until the food would finally come out. I think I had a filling there at one time and it fell out. Well I never had it fixed and about a month ago I finally broke the outer side of it off and now it doesn't hurt at all. I hate dentists so that why I didn't have it taken care of.

Okay, I admit defeat. I lose, you win. How did you chip yours? Im not getting any bridges, Im goin straight for the implants. But unlike you, I dont have a problem with my baby teeth, so Im glad I dont have to fuck around with that. I love the dentist too, he is my friend.......

Sadly i think i beat you all. I have fucked up my mouth so many times it hurts.. When i was 8 a fell off a play ground wodden brigde and on the way down (about 2 stories high) i hit my head agisnt a laddar and banged some of my right teeth into my cheek. Couple years later i was jumping on a trampoline and did a stomache drop and somehow my face found the outside bar and broke my two front teeth in half. Than about 2 years after that i was cleaning my pool and feel in the deep end when there was no water and busted my two front teeth out (this one hurt more than just my teeth). about a year ago i managed to break off my fake thooth when eating a apple. I'm not sure how much money the insurance company is out but i can only guess... Right now they are two different shades of color.. Yeah my dentist needs new glasses but i have to live with it. Anyway good luck with the dentist...
Anyone seen a nerve that is in your tooth? shit is like a little piece of string.. WEIRD!

I chipped the corner of one of my front teeth a long time ago playing around on the steps on a pool and hit the pole that goes into water. It wasn't bad. I didn't feel it at all (in the years after the fact) and had it chipped for several years (thought t wasn't bad) the only reason I got it fixed was looks pretty much. When I had it fixed it wasn't bad at ALL and you could never tell.
btw anyone else have the doctor numb one side of your mouth and drill the other... damn that hurt... I would have died but man is that laughing gass great!!!! (I had soft spots in my molars for some reason so both sides needed it and the dr just got confused... got the other one done for free later that day though)
damn sorry for the long post.... didn't mean too ...

I have chipped front teeth from a baseball bat to the mouth when I was younger. Why not get them fixed when I have insurance? Cause I am terrified of the dentist. I went through the pain of a root dying and then had a root canal, then that failed and the tooth was pulled. All it did was give enough room for my wisdom to come in.
