Yea the Toshiba laptops rock and they're beasts, especially for the price. I've had mine for 3 yrs now and no problems, just love it.
BTW: see if you can log into your neighbors router.. 20 bucks says you probably can since you've already got signal. Most people are careless when it comes to securing their wireless networks. Make sure you lockdown yours when you get it setup.
