Re: Evo 02 housings
No we didn't make these. We are carrying these for a different wholesale 'shop' and are actually working on them for some 3s specific products.

The pictures of the cast EVO o2 housing are in our gallery on the web page. Also we took a few more pics last night of the shop, we now have our lathe and pipe bender, pics up later today.

Re: Evo 02 housings
Like mentioned, the evo housings aren't machine yet, but will be awesome.
gallery
and the dsm ones:
dsm o2 housings
These both are designed to bolt to factory components. We'll be testing the dsm one against a tubular o2 housing hopefully this weekend. The dsm one is a 2.5" outlet, the evo one is a 3" outlet.
Enjoy!

Re: Evo 02 housings
I should have the dsm pricing figured out tommorrow. As these are tested and do work, we just want to install another one on ryan's galant to double check fitment on a 1g.
The evo ones will be released in about 2 weeks once our test vehicle shows up to have theirs installed.
They are created out of a "Investment Casting" process. They start as wax molds, and are cast out of Stainless Steel. All factory head shields and components bolt up. Unfortunally, the Evo one will have to be purchased with a Downpipe, unless someone wants to modify there own. The majority of the Evolution Downpipes on the market are 2.5" diameter and open up to 3" on the end. The LIPP Evo VIII housing is 3" outlet!
*edit*
I was told they should sell for $259.95. I'll see if I can get a 'group buy' going. If I can get some interest going, maybe drop that price a bit.
These are CRACK proof, and are stress tested. There was originally a test subject, but that fell through the cracks, and we are going to test it against a tubular 02 housing to see if there is a horsepower change, increase, or decrease, we'll post the results.
Stay tuned!
We have 1 of both models in house for people to look at and plan on stocking atleast one of them at all times so they are available.

Re: Evo 02 housings
wow, those look really nice josh. Will you be stocking these in-house? Is the dsm housing made to bolt up to an aftermarket downpipe? I installed an evo3 o2 housing on my 2g recently & took it off the next day because I had to kink my exhaust so bad to get it to fit together.

Re: Evo 02 housings
If the aftermarket downpipe bolted on to the factory 02 housing, then this will work just fine.

Looks sweet Josh! Any plans to do anything similar to those but with an external dump?

Re: Evo 02 housings
Blah, these should flow just fine for 95% of the internally gated turbochargers. There is quite a leadtime on the dsm units. The foundary is finishing up a batch of 50 shortly, and they should be saled priced upon release. Its good that they are backordered, gives us plenty of time to test the unit on Ryan's Gvr4.

Re: Evo 02 housings
Bringing back the dead thread!!! Your site says these are on sale for $180. Do these come with any sort of studs for the downpipe side flange? The one thing I don't like about the aftermarket O2 Housings I'm looking at, is they all just have holes. I am looking for one with studs because it just makes lining up the downpipe on there so much easier. Just put the down pipe up there and screw on the nuts. It's a PITA when I'm all by myself, trying to line up the holes, stick a bolt through, hold the downpipe up and, well ya it just pisses me off. If they do come with studs, and they are still on sale for $180, then put me down for one, and I'll come pick it up tomorrow if possible after I get off work. I'm sick of my POS, Stainless (yet rusty), RnR one.
BTW, it's the 2.5" DSM one I want.

Re: Evo 02 housings
If it doesn't, you could always have someone weld a bolt into it through the hole.

Re: Evo 02 housings
I would like to know if they have studs too. Also, what is the distance (center to center) of the studs? I have Nash's old DP and it is a 2.5" collector that quickly transitions to 3" so you cant get the nuts on with a 2g o2 housing. If the bolt spacing is wider than stock I might have to pick one up too since I really cant afford a tubular and would really like to get this exhaust put on.

Re: Evo 02 housings
Back from my trip.
These are actually going back to retail pricing $259.95 as of monday, but for those on this thread, before my post (aka brandon and tim) I'll honor that $180 price.
They have studs on the bottom and the stud spacing is roughly 4" with a 2.5" outlet. We've only had one issue with these, and that was on a stock 1g downpipe. Everything else that has bolted together hasn't been a problem. They were designed to be a 100% bolt-in.
The sale is off because we've burned through our promo amount, aka we are out of stock. I have 2 more units coming in sometime this week, and then I'll be out of stock for sometime. (probably a few weeks as the manufacture wasn't anticipating us moving this many units).
These are for the dsm 02 housings we are speaking about obviously.
Thanks all for the inquiry.

Thanks for the responce and honoring the price, I appreciate it a lot! Just gotta get this thing to quit freaking knocking and I'll have to get it up on that dyno.
