WTB trans mount that welds to frame
Need this for a 2g. 95 GST Manual trans car
The mount for my trans thats welded to the frame rail is in horrible shape. Pretty much falling off the car. So I am looking for one to replace it. I know its not a common part, but if someone has a car that is parting it out and willing to take it off I would greatly appreciate it.
Let me know of anything.
Thanks,
Brian

Is this for a 1G? Because they are not welded to the frame, there's four bolts that go throught the wheelwell.

Have you tried Car-Part? If not, give it a try. I have found a few things on there (including the engine in my Colt!). It is definitely worth trying.

That's odd.. Try just looking for a 2g close to you. Take your own or borrow a drill and head to NAPA or the like and get a spot weld cutter/drill bit.
You probably won't find a mount listed on their site, but chances are one of your local 'yards has one still attached.

If you can wait I'll grab a new spot weld cutter before the weekend and hack one off my parts car
